1. What exactly is this new OptimizePress 2.0 platform? +

OptimizePress is a landing page and website creation platform for online marketers that runs on WordPress. It comes in the form of a theme or a plugin, which is installed on your website.

2. How can I login to the OptimizePress Marketplace? +

Please use your OptimizeHub.com logins to access the Marketplace. Only logins provided for OP 2.0 purchases will work here – the Marketplace items are not suitable for use with OP 1.0.

3. I'm a Club Member, do I still need club membership? +

The OptimizePress Clubhouse Design Team will continue to develop and release templates for our Club members each month (averaging between 3 and 5 new templates each month). Some of these will be released for purchase in the Marketplace for non-Club members – but you will get these first and they will be available in the Club areas of the members areas as normal. Some templates will be available for Club members and will not be available in the Marketplace.

4. What is the refund policy on the marketplace items? +

All marketplace sales are final and OptimizePress will not issue refunds to buyers except in cases where the item is proven to be defective or faulty. OptimizePress will not issue refunds or cancellations in cases where the main platform has been refunded, it is your responsibility to understand you must own and use OptimizePress 2.0 in order to utilize these templates.

5. Do I need an OptimizePress account to purchase? +

All marketplace items are available exclusively for OptimizePress customers. You will need an active OptimizePress account in order to make purchases on the marketplace.

6. How do I download my OP marketplace purchases? +

All purchases will be available with the "My Downloads" section of your "My Account" section on the marketplace. You will need to login with your user logins (the same logins you use for OP) to access your account. You will also be sent an email listing your downloads after each purchase. We recommend downloading any purchases immediately in case of item removals in the future.

7. How do I change Vendor PayPal payment account? +

Login to your OptimizePress Marketplace account and go to the Vendors section - you will find a box there where you can see your current payment email (where we will send your commissions) and you can change it by entering in the new email you wish to use.

8. How can I copy a feature in a marketplace template? +

Many of the Marketplace templates contain unique code snippets or "Custom CSS" which is added to a page to override the default styling or design of OptimizePress elements.

You need to copy and paste over any CSS from the Page Settings > Other Scripts > Custom CSS section to your own page to ensure the custom styling works properly.

9. How do I change my Vendor PayPal email account? +

Login to your OptimizePress Marketplace account and go to the Vendors section - you will find a box there where you can see your current payment email (where we will send your commissions) and you can change it by entering in the new email you wish to use.

10. How do I create a site like this with OptimizePress? +

OP is not designed to be an online "shop" or "store" platform - if you need to create a shop for selling items we recommend checking out WooCommerce themes available for that purpose.
